To all orchestra officers and boosters,
With the Spring break fast approaching, I would like to have a short meeting this Thursday, March 26 from 6:30 to 7:00 pm to discuss the orchestra banquet. The orchestra room is available for our use, so please enter through door “G”.
Some items to be discussed will be the menu, decorations, donations, film presentation, awards and clean-up, etc.
I know that this is short notice and I am sorry, but I do hope that all boosters will attend. This is the first meeting of several we will have before the banquet and I appreciate your input.
James Brunt, Vice President/Banquet Chair
Thank you for helping us work toward our goal! We have a few more days left in the fundraiser so encourage your son/daughter to sell as many items as they can. There are some great awards they can earn!

We’ll be collecting order forms in two days, so please make sure your student has selected the award they have qualified for and bring in the order form. Thanks again!
The Disney parent/student information meeting has been scheduled for March 5, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. Please note that in the past, we have held two meetings to accommodate various schedules, but we are unable to do so this year because of the schedules of the notary and travel agency representative.
IF YOU OR YOUR STUDENT ARE PLANNING TO TRAVEL TO DISNEY, YOU MUST ATTEND THIS MEETING. THE FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $100 PER TRAVELER IS DUE AT THIS MEETING.
The itinerary and trip details will be shared at this meeting, but you are welcome to contact me ahead of time to answer any questions you might have.
