Mr. Loos is kindly asking for a parent volunteer to help with a small typing job that should take less than one hour to complete. If you have a spare moment, your volunteerism would be greatly appreciated. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or text (219) 256-5667 if you can help. Thank you!
As you may know, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp is a non-profit summer school of the arts specializing in two-week arts programs for intermediate and high school students. We are excited to announce that a Scholarship Representative from Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp will be visiting our school tomorrow to evaluate students for scholarships and share some information about Blue Lake’s summer camp.
Any student who auditions will be considered for scholarship aid toward tuition to attend the camp. While you may not be sure if this is anything you would like to consider for your child, I recommend that your child takes advantage of this opportunity. The audition process is a great learning experience for students, and if you do choose later to send your student to Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, there may be a scholarship to help you cover the cost.
Please fill out the permission slip at the bottom of the page if you would like your child to participate. The Blue Lake representative will share some basic information with your child to bring home to you. In the meantime, check out Blue Lake’s website at: http://www.bluelake.org. Thank you and we hope to see your child’s participation!
Hot off the presses! Here are ALL of the ISSMA Solo & Ensemble performance times for January 31st. I will be making a condensed list of just the Highland students, but some of you want to know your times RIGHT NOW! Look through the files with "strings" in the name. Good luck!
