HIGH SCHOOL ORCHESTRA AUDITIONS! 

Welcome back to another great year!  Auditions will take place during the week of August 23 after school.  Please prepare seriously for this audition as it will determine your placement within the orchestra.  Auditions are a "necessary evil" so that I, as the director, can determine your playing ability level and place you properly within the group.  I will not be judging you as a person, so please relax and simply do your best. All instruments will need to meet the following requirements in the audition:

Everyone in H.S. orchestra must audition for a placement in the orchestra.  The audition will be counted as a grade and is required for your chair placement.  Auditions will be taking place after school and times will be assigned.  You may switch with someone but you must notify Mr. Loos and you will not be allowed to make up your time if you forget.  If there is a transportation issue, please bring a signed note from your parent/guardian. If you do not show up, you will not be placed and your first grade of the year will be severely affected.  Please take this seriously!  Good luck.
