The “Candlelight Service” for J.J. Golub will be held Thursday,
October 26th at 6:30 PM in the parking lot in front of the High School. The service will include personal
tributes to J.J., a time of prayer and a musical arrangement by the HS Orchestra. The service is being planned by the
High School’s prayer group, “FEARLESS”, and by some of J.J.’s close friends. The service is open to
anyone whose life was touched by J.J.

Congratulations on a wonderful concert last night. Thanks to all of the students for your practicing and effort and
thanks to the parents for your wonderful support. I'm looking forward to another great concert on November 24th when
our elementary orchestra will perform in concert!
(updated to include names of all who helped) With the leadership of our float
committee, Andrew Kondrat, Amber Neyhart, and Paige Walker, the orchestra won 2nd place in the homecoming parade float competition.
Congratulations and thanks to everyone who spent hours of free time working on the float: Aaron Kondrat, Martin Lerma, Ben
Raimbault, Thomas Raimbault, Kevin Schwartz, Albert Villareal, and Logan Ward. Several students played on
the float (Greg Kolodziej, Lola Stevenson, Kyle Tomczak, and members of the committee) in a "library" while other
students sat in the back of the truck trying to read their books and constantly whispering "Shhh" to the musicians.
